EPG data only shows for admin account

I just migrated my Emby docker image from one server to another.  Everything appears to work, except for an odd issue that only affects regular non-admin users.  Whenever I go to the TV guide, nothing shows up - no channels and no program data. It's like this for every device I've tested - Fire TV, Chrome Browser w/ and w/out Incognito mode, and Android.

To make things weirder, it works perfectly fine for my admin account.

I've tried deleting everything from the cache folder.  I've tried removing all of the TV channel source data.  Rebooted the docker and the server.  Any suggestions?

@sngreco Have you applied any Parental Controls on the account?  As I can reproduce with Parental Controls.

No parental controls, and I just tried setting parental controls and then removing them which didn't help unfortunately.

Any other ideas?  Not sure what else I can try?

Check the filters using the 3-dot menu. Maybe something is filtered. And check all of the access permissions for that user, such as parental restriction, blocking unrated, blocking by tags, etc.

That was it!  It looks like my channel tags were all removed on migration LOL.  Thanks!
