sngreco 1 Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 (edited) I just migrated my Emby docker image from one server to another. Everything appears to work, except for an odd issue that only affects regular non-admin users. Whenever I go to the TV guide, nothing shows up - no channels and no program data. It's like this for every device I've tested - Fire TV, Chrome Browser w/ and w/out Incognito mode, and Android. To make things weirder, it works perfectly fine for my admin account. I've tried deleting everything from the cache folder. I've tried removing all of the TV channel source data. Rebooted the docker and the server. Any suggestions? Edited October 28, 2022 by sngreco

sngreco 1 Posted October 28, 2022 Author Posted October 28, 2022 No parental controls, and I just tried setting parental controls and then removing them which didn't help unfortunately.

Luke 42078 Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 Check the filters using the 3-dot menu. Maybe something is filtered. And check all of the access permissions for that user, such as parental restriction, blocking unrated, blocking by tags, etc.

It looks like my channel tags were all removed on migration LOL. Thanks!
