Questions about Sony TV, Emby for Android TV and Dolby Vision

I've been trying out a couple of files on a Sony a90j with Emby for Android TV with the following dolby vision profiles: dvhe.05.06, dvhe.07.06 and dvhe.08.06. 

To my surprise they all trigger dolby vision on my tv even though I'm pretty sure when I tested this last year it was only dvhe.05.06.

Now I'm not that great in quality spotting or finding incorrect colors, which is why I'm asking this here, do the dvhe.07.06 and dvhe.08.06 profiles just force dolby vision on the HDR layer or does the Emby player not do that? I heard plex does that at times.
