Migrate Docker Volume to New Machine

Hi guys. What is the best way or folders/files I need to transfer over to my new machine to duplicate my setup. I actually don't care to bring over the users there are only 5 or last played data. I just want to avoid a 48 hour library scan from scratch as my library is large. 

I don't think doing an exact volume transfer will work as I think it caused issues last time I tried - I think it takes some hardware info from the original machine. Thanks in advance!
