How do I watch live TV on Android and iOS?

Hi someone will probably give me a hard time for asking this, but I searched for a Wiki first and I searched the forum, only to come up with a lot of conflicting and confusing info. But how exactly do I watch live TV in iOS and Android? I downloaded a couple of what seemed like 'official' clents that were mentioned on the forums, but none of these seem to be able to play live TV? I read a lot of chatter about a 'web client' but don't know what that is or how to use it?

You can get the android app here, which supports live tv:

iOS does not support it yet.

 

The web client supports live tv and is built into the server and can be accessed from 

 

http://localhost:8096/mediabrowser

 

 (substitute localhost if necessary)
