OpenSubtitles Error SubtitleManager: Error downloading subtitles from

Recommended Posts

Good day - having an issue with Open Subtitles. I am a VIP member and have entered my username, password, and checked the VIP box in Emby.  I noticed in the logs that I'm receiving errors when running the Download Subtitles in Scheduled Tasks. Would anyone know what the following error is related to? Thank you for your help.

Hi there, can you please attach the complete emby server log file? Thanks.

Luke, thank you for the quick response. It's my first time posting a question as Emby has been rock solid, kudos. Is there anything I should "wash" out of my logs for  privacy concerns prior to uploading?

Hi, I received the log over PM. Are you using a VPN?

Posted

Yes, the VPN connects to a USA based server, not overseas.

Can you try this without the VPN, for comparison purposes?

Luke, thank you for your help. I will give it a try and report back.
