Default Subtitles Off?

Hi, I'm hoping for some assistance with this.  I have a library of pro wrestling (set as a home videos library because the metadata wasn't loading). For some reason the files have accompanying Und(?) subtitle files which make the videos unwatchable if they are selected.

I have subtitles turned on usually which is great for every other video on my server, but is there a way to turn off subtitles for this particular library?

Not at the library level, but you can set defaults for your emby user by clicking your user icon in the top right.
