If yes, then just bookmark it - and run that for a refresh.

If you want it via a clickable icon, then you need to mimic a web browser - which is what curl does.

What version of Windows are you using - on I think win 10+ 'curl' is a standard windows utility...

Yes what system are you using?  But you may need to use the path to where curl is located.  As there are dozens of topics for using curl api calls.
