Emby stores IMDB ratings to 3 decimals, only allows 1 for input

When editing metadata for a movie, Emby may show an IMDB value to three decimals, like 6.615.  If you then edit another field and try to save, it will pop up an error saying that it doesn't accept three decimals and suggesting that you use 6.6 or 6.7 instead.  If it is capable of storing three decimals obtained from IMDB, it probably ought to accept the same precision for input values.  Obviously, this is a minor problem.  I'm just reporting it in case someone else hasn't done so already.

Yes there are a few topics on this as I believe it is a TMDB issue.  I know @Lukewas looking into it.
