"My Media" wraps or scrolls, depending on windows size

"My Media" on the home screen of the webapp wraps or scrolls, depending on window size - bug or feature?  I'd like the scroll to persist.  Not logical in any case, is it?

It is by design as min-width applies to wrap.

Can this be turned into an option? I just got this update in Theater on my TV and my whole screen is filled with My Media now (3 rows).
