Trailers artwork randomly missing

After updating to 4.7.8.0,  i have noticed a lot of the trailers are missing artwork. i have tried a re-scan of the libraries,(i don't think trailers are part of the scan, but i tried)i also have tried right click and update meta data.

Yep I think it's a known issue, I was having the same problem. Have a look at the link below, @Happy2Play posted a solution that worked for me. Refreshing the meta on the folder..

I have already tried to re scan(refresh the metadata), it was unsuccessful.

@HtRabbit Did you Scan or Refresh.  If you actually Refreshed, then we would need to see the server log showing that action.

But this is supposed to be resolved in the next release.

@HtRabbit Enter the Trailer Channel, you have two folders.  Refresh the Folders not the Channel or an individual trailer.
