Is there an iptv that works very well with emby? Starting a iptv stream doesn't take long to load in a stream and uptime is 99% and no buffering? I am open for suggestions. 5 connections

The buffering depends more on the internet than the IPTV provider.  But what you need to understand is IPTV is not cable or directTV.  And your requirements are not met by cable or directTV either.
