Statistics failing

Hi, I didn't want to hijack the existing thread as my issue may well be different. The statistics scheduled task worked without error up until about 2 weeks ago, since then it fails every time at around 75% complete. I've attached the embyserver.txt with debug logging turned on. Any ideas on what it could be? Thanks in advance
