HELP, emby does not show media on port 443

on port 80, using ip address, shows normally.

but when I put via ssl on port 443, it doesn't show media info page

First two images is on insecure port: 80.   two other images is on ssl port: 443.

my server is: linux ubuntu 22.04LTS 4vcpu and 8gb of ram.  emby running on user root.

I'm using Windows10, and the edge browser. but the error persists in all browsers.
the server is also set to in mode: required for all connections. but I can still access via http. ie via ip address, insecure mode.

I'm using port 80 via root, even though I know it's not recommended. my server is just for me and some trusted friends.

when I turn off the proxy in cloudflare, the problem is temporarily resolved. but I don't know how it affects. what happens when i turn off the proxy? what is the impact??
