It looks like according to the Samsung developers page that your TV is running the legacy OS called Orsay.  If so, then you would need to use the older community-built app.

Si ya lo ise pero el tv tiene que tener conexion a internet para que inicie la app? De lo contrario no inicia

I think it does require Internet connection when starting.  @SamESdo you remember?

I can't recall, but it is quite possible that an internet connection is required.

I'm pretty sure you need Internet to install the old app also.  Part of the process is to logon with the 'develop' user
