Audio is out of sync

For a few days I have the firestick 4k max, and I noticed today that the sound is out of sync only when I listen to movies or tv series in emby, but not when I listen to live tv on emby. I then found that netflix, amazon video and youtube are okay. At the beginning I had synchronized the audio according to the series and films in emby, but I realized that for the other application it was problematic because obviously the synchronization was only good for emby movies and series . Suggestion? How to use an external player like vlc?

To be in sync I have to adjust the sound of the firestick up 11 points.
