stelle007 1 Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 Stop enabling Auto Update after I have have done an update!! 1
Luke 42078 Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 HI there, can you please describe your issue in more detail? Thanks.
Cheesegeezer 3104 Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 I’ve noticed this too. Luke what happens is in the server settings menu, a user will untick automatically update server. Then they decide to update the server at a convenient time. the server setting for auto update is automatically set to on again. it does Respect the users previous setting and every server update switches it to on. hope that makes sense 1
Happy2Play 9780 Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 Yes there are old topics on this but the Update Button on Dashboard it tied to the "Enable automatic server updates" setting, so clicking the button enables the option as there is no manual one-time update option.

Err.. ok, thanks, that explains why it does it .. but it's not the user experience I would expect. People hold off on an update for a reason - which works ok until they update and then get caught out again next time .. Edited October 5, 2022 by rbjtech
Luke 42078 Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 Yes that's not intentional, I just haven't had a chance to rework it yet. 2
