Preferred server language EN but movie titles non-EN

I've seen an odd issue where a movie whose title is an image will show up as a non-English language even though my server language is set to English (United Kingdom). See the attached example (is it Hebrew?). Any help appreciated,

HI, try refreshing the metadata on it and see if that helps pull in an English title. You'll need to select the option to replace existing images to get the logo replaced, unless you want to do that manually.

Tried refreshing with "replace existing images" on with no change.

What image fetchers are enabled on the library and in what order?
