Hi, 

I just switched from jellyfin, and I have to say that the only thing I hate about emby is that there is no option to use the episode image thumbnail for continue watching and next up (like in jellyfin).

Seems as though this feature isn't coming as it's been requested for years.

Once they fix jellyfin 10.11+ I'll probably go back unless you guys can add the episode thumbnail. It looks ridiculous to have every episode of the same show use the same thumbnail in CW/NU.

Hi.  There is only ever a single episode from a specific series in one of those displays.  Considering this, the show thumb is massively more informative than a random screenshot from an episode.

However, options for this should be coming in the future.

I wonder when this future will be...

I'm also wondering why does the episode thumb get displayed on the next up/continue watching menu of the episode, but it so difficult to put put an option on what image to display in the slide. Another option, let us choose the order.
