Cant find the start for the preview generation task

Sorry if i overlooked it but where can i find the task that creates the small previews (every 10 sec). I set it to every 10 sec in the library options but in the settings under planned jobs i cant find where to start the task. Or is it "Thumbnail image creation"? Running 4.7.6.0 on ubuntu
