Guide Data Screen Shows No Channels and No Data

Hi,

I´m using a Synology DS720+ with EmbyServer (app, not via Docker). Yesterday I updated it manually with the x64 *.spk file and now I have no EPG anymore.

I get the EPG-Data via easyEPG via Docker. The channels via my Zattoo account, which I have integrated via Telerising. That runs flawlessly.

In the Emby log I also see that the EPG data is found, just not displayed. Except for 2 channels. I have pulled the XMLs again via the easyEPG script and then restarted the server and manually bumped the EPG data again on EmbyServer.. Paths checked...probably everything is correct. But EPG is simply no longer displayed.

Embyversion is the "emby-server-synology7_4.7.6.0_x86_64.spk", Synology has DSM 7 installed. Otherwise Docker, Telerising and easyEPG is also up to date.

 

Does anyone have an idea why this is suddenly the case? I have attached some pictures and the log.

 

PS: Seems to be the same problem as the Threadstarter had, but i can´t fix it with the Solution-Post. I don´t know why.

Hi, did you check the contents of the xml to see that it has data for that channel?

And if you did, did you check the dates? The most common reason for this is the xml is out of date and all of the programs have aired already.

Hi Luke,

you are right. My XMLs are outdated! Maybe the cronjob isnt working? So i started at least the magenta grabber to grab the newest files, but it did not work, as you can see on my files (date - marked it red).

Any ideas how i can fix that?

//edit: I found the reason why it didnt work anymore. I had duplicated Channels selected. I deselected them and the scrapping process was working fine than. Now the XMLs are up2date and I got EPG again.
