Hey

Im having some problems running the config backup, i get the following error:

The backup folder is available at the location, i've tried multiple different drives and permissions seems to be as they should...

The only thing that isnt working is the backup plugin...

Can someone please have a look?

Hi, what backup directory did you configure? Whatever it is, it looks like Emby Server does not have permission to access it.

I've tried an external hdd (exfat), an internal partition (ex4) and my home folder (also ext4)...

If it was a permission problem, wouldnt i get an access error?

fstab for the exfat drive says the following:

UUID=881B-73A5 /mnt/RatHole exfat rw,uid=my_username_,gid=my_user_name 0 0

And Emby is able to write subtitles and metadata to other folders on the drive....

Or at least it used to...

Looks like it stopped downloading metadata somewhere between the 19th and 24th of last month....

@ChewyFudge did you figure out how to set the permissions or are you still having an issue with this?

What issues, the same permissions problems?
