Why is the delete option hidden on mobile apps?

I notice that season/series/movie delete option ia not available on both mobile apps nor mobile web UI.

Hi, did you check the delete permissions for your emby user?

Yes, I'm allowed to delete from all libraries. I see the delete option on Android TV app but no on iOS mobile app.

Any idea?

Are you sure you checked that for the same emby user that's signed in?

Absolutely. That's the only user (me) logged in in all apps.

Do you have Android/iOS app with Delete option available to delete a Movie, TV Show or a season?

He's right - no delete options visible (in my case using iOS v2.2.6 and Android v3.2.75).

I get delete option _only_ on web UI in my browser, in apps no..

@pentago Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

No, because I have the same situation on multiple TV's and phones. I doubt it has anything to do with app reinstallation.

Not sure then as the app show a delete option everyone I have selected.

Mea Culpa - I find that I had removed my delete permission for some libraries (the ones I tested with...)  Restoring the permissions I got the expected display.

hmm, funniest thing happened. U just set uo an additiona lserver and did some switching between them and now I see the Delete option everywhere.. weird.
