Problem with playback videos, help me

Good evening, I have some type of problem in the reproduction of videos precisely on my LG Smart TV, I get this type of message,

OK this is an old 2015 model. My guess is we're sending it a transcoding format that it can't handle.

For a model this old I would probably suggest limting your playback to media that it can direct play, such as mp4 with h264/aac. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.
