Visual seeking in Synology problem (SOLVED)

Hi..I have a problem with synolog..I solved with @Happy2Play 14 days ago...Solved, but unfortunately NFO doesn't work for me when I add new videos..It only shows .bif and there is no NFO,PHOTO(cellar logo, fan art, poster).It seems that .bif probably has a problem and blocks scanning for NFO..What is going on? THANK YOU..

I solved it with Happy2play.. OK, but I still have a problem with NFO

Hi there, have you tried refreshing the metadata on this title?

If that does not work, you will need to provide the server log showing the refresh.

@Luke: Yes...I restored and now it's running at 94%....Let's see if ok...

Working and fine..Thank you.. I must have set it wrong... I had to check it and it works... Why? Because I deleted the library and added a new library, so I didn't check the settings....Now OK
