atsc 3.0 without transcoding for LG

Just checking to see if anyone can use atsc 3.0 through emby on the lg app.  The only way I can get it working to force trans-coding to a lower bitrate.

Okay, attached are all the log files.  I can get it to work on atsc 3.0 if I set a bit rate limit, example 10.  it will play and trans-code fine, when I set it to auto, i just get a black screen.

Details.

Windows 10 pro

Emby version 4.7.6.0

LG, current version.

OLED77cxpua

hardware trans-coding disabled.

What exactly happened?

it never starts to play on the tv.  The only way I can get it work is to limit the bandwidth to force  trans-coding.
