Indeed.  It looks like Emby is using the library view modes instead of applicable plain file view modes.

Maybe not even offer view modes and just set to List?

Yes that would probably be the best option, but Theme CSS is the primary cause along with scaling of the page/cards.

So change needs to be made to Light Theme.

Scaling or card building issue
