Trying to understand Playlists

Hello team emby!

Been using emby for years now, and just recently started putting thought into actually making use of playlists to help me with my media consumption. So many times I add media and think "I should watch that!" only to forget and have it buried in my collection.

I've noticed playlists on emby appear to be a shared resource? What playlist one user makes is shared by all users?

Came here to ask, am I missing something? Or is there a setting I need to enable to separate all the users playlists.

Hi, yes, playlist permissions are something we plan to revamp in future updates. Thanks.

Thanks! So for now I guess I'll just ignore the playlist feature until it is made more "private"
