E4K won't load emby library anymore

while doing a media update, E4K crashed....and then every time i restarted E4K it would hang on "updating media"...so i completely deleted E4K and reinstalled (7.7.8), but i still can't get my media to import....when i go to add libraries, i see "All", but not the individual media types (Movies, TV, Music), and even if i select All, nothing gets imported and E4K locks up

how can i do a completely clean reinstall of E4K?

Please sen me a log for review.

There is an option called factory reset in plugin config menu.

You can also remove following data (Kodi must be stopped):

kodi/data/userdata/addon_data/plugin.video.emby-next-gen/*

kodi/data/userdata/Database/My*

kodi/data/userdata/Database/emby*

kodi/data/userdata/Database/Textu*

finally got it working again after manually deleting the files you mentioned..."Factory Reset" did not work....the plug-in kept getting stuck at "Processing Updates"...maybe the connection to Emby server was screwed up, although it seemed to log-in OK

have also sent you logs from before issue was resolved

Thanks for the log, I see the issue and will try to cover them in next version.
