Super957 24 Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 (edited) I set my Database cache size at 1024. My QNAP is model TS-451D2 4 bay Nas with 4GB memory... the setting is good to have more performance os i can also arrive to 2048 ? Or to arrive 2048 i need upgrade memory until 6/8 GB ??? Thank Hisp Edited September 7, 2022 by Super957
Luke 42077 Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 Hi, if the device only has 4gb memory then I think allowing half of that for the emby server database cache seems like a bit too much.
Happy2Play 9780 Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 What is the size of your library.db?

phi303 14 Posted November 23, 2022 Posted November 23, 2022 my QNAP has 32GB of RAM, anyone think that 1024 would be too much?

But shouldn't be an issue. Edited November 23, 2022 by Happy2Play 1
