Community Ratings on Movies/Episodes

Recently I have noticed something odd occurring with ratings displays. I am running my Emby server from a Synology, but I do think this might be common on other builds of the server and plugins.

For example the current rating for House of The Dragon on the chrome web app is 8.8, but if you edit the metadata it shows as 8.792, and if you make a change to anything other than the rating and then save the metadata it gives you an error message saying it must be either 8.7 or 8.8. Why isn't this rounding handled automatically?

If you use the Android TV app it shows the rating of 8.792 which comes from the metadata.

Shouldn't they all be the same value of 8.8 as displayed in the chrome web app?
