Can't play movie

Hi,

When I play any movie, it can't play with the message: No compatible streams are currently available. 

All movies in my server can't be played like that. It's just happened recently. Music can still be played normally.

I've tried to update to latest version 4.7.6.0 to fix it but no luck.

I'm using Raspberry PI 4 with it's default OS. Logs are in attached.

Appreciate if you can support me on this.

It looks like the server is being denied permission to read the video file. If you can resolve that then this should resolve your issue. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.

Thanks Luke, you’re right. 
My disk accidentally has been mounted incorrectly. Updated the path of library and the problem was solved.
