However, if I run the following task it syncs everything as it was a few days ago when I had a crash and had to restore from a backup. Any advice on how to fix this? It's like something is sitting in memory and it's using that?

Click on the sync schedule and it goes back to a week. Meaning progress of shows and movies sync up to a week ago. mark the shows watch, run the schedule back to trakt and it shows properly in Trakt. Run sync schedule again, and it reverts back to a week ago.

I opened a support ticket and they pushed back telling me to work with the third party app developer, Emby. This started happening after a restore. Emby crashed and everything stopped working. I’ve reinstalled the plugin and manually removed the .xml. Re-authenticated the app. It most definitely syncs back a week of play states. I’ve ran the test multiple times. I’m not sure how more specific I can be. 1.) Emby crashed, or at least I felt it warranted a restore. Movie art wasn’t showing, live tv schedules and EPG was lost. 2.) Restored from a backup. 3.) Following day shows were showing not watched or partially watched I finished watching the evening before. This is when I first noticed. 4.) Marked my shows watched and ran a sync and then import play states. Shows reverted back again to what their play states were. 5.) Marked shows watch and ran the following test. Same result so I reinstalled the plugin including deleting the .xml file from the config directory. 6.) Same results so I marked shows and tv shows marked, hit the sync and checked Trakt which showed properly marked shows and movies. 7,) Ran the import and shows again reverted to their play states from before.
