Guide working for server manager account but not standard user account

Hey all,

I am using an XML guide for an IPTV tuner and the guide works fine for the server manager accounts but doesn't load for accounts that are not server managers specifically on the FireTV and AndroidTV apps.  Anyone run in to this before and is it a permission issue?  Server is Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and I will try to get the FireTV app version from my Mother in Law.  The Android TV version is in the screenshot attached.  If you guys need anything else let me know.

Hi, how does the web app compare for those users?

It does load on the web app and on the Android phone app too for all users.  Just not on the FireTV and AndroidTV apps.

With the same user signed into your server as the android tv app?

Yes sir. On the Android TV app it opens that screen then gets stuck and drops back to the emby home screen.  Attached screenshot is from the Android phone app from the same user that was signed in on the TV app in the screenshot above that was not loading.

All the same channels as the server managers, no restrictions on that.  I do restrict access to a single personal library where I have videos of my kids like birthdays and other family events that are not relevant to the people I share my server with but because that is just a library I would not think that restriction would effect the guide at all.
