Emby not downloading primary image

Hi guys,

I have moved my movie folder to another NAS and since I m having issues with primary images. Before everything was downloaded properly but now I need to download them manually.

Rest of the images are downloaded, only primary is not. I can do it  via "search for new image" but since i have a lot of movies this would take forever.

What I tried so far: Scan Movie Library - Scan library files, Update/refresh Metadata, clean cache folder.

I m stuck, If someone can help me I would appreciate it.

Hi, in this log, what example were you expecting to get an image for that didn't get an image?

Hi, i have no clue. I was hoping you or someone else will be able to decode it :). Actually i was hoping for some instructions what i can try to solve it. Problems started when I moved movie folder to second NAS, so i though maybe someone had simillar issue.

Can you go over a specific example.  What item did you refresh that did not get image?

Please enable Debug logging and Refresh an item missing an image. Settings-Logs

I moved my movie folder to another nas drive and emby is not downloading primary images automatically for about 1500 movies. (When i scan library or refresh metadata)

rest of the images are downloaded correctly like: logo, thumb, banner etc.

If i go manually to the movie without primary image and right click - edit images -search for a new image, it works.

so i was wondering what could go wrong with primary images when i moved movies to another drive.

i will try to find an example in the log, with debug on.

How exactly did you make the move in Emby Server? Did you remove a library and setup a new one?

Hi @Luke yes that was the problem. I just changed path to library.

Today i made a new one and it is working.
