Library scan fanout concurrency & Library metadata refresh concurrency

Hi, there, I found jellyfin added options to improve performance of scanning media library, `LibraryScanFanoutConcurrency` and `LibraryMetadataRefreshConcurrency`.

Does emby have the same plan to do that?

If I understand these tasks correctly, I can see if you have metadata already parallel/concurrent tasks helping import existing libraries, but providers sites have speed limit/request limits so I can see this slowing down an initial import of media without metadata. 

At the same time aren't these options creating an IO load issues also?

In fact, my media got the nfo metadata by TMM already, but I never see my emby parallel/concurrent when importing that.
These options will be helpful I think if your server includes a multi-core CPU and NVME.

It currently does not exist but only the devs can comment on this.  I can see pros and cons to this as already mentioned.

Hi, concurrency options are certainly possible, although there are some other improvements I'd like to pursue first.
