ISO'S BLURAY - not loading - used to be fine

Im not sure if this has happened due to one of the updates or maybe its something else but my bluray iso's and no longer mounting. i have spent ages going through setting etc but i cant see anything that may be the cause. I have daemon tools loading at windows start up also.

 

So what is the procedure to get  the bluray iso's playing again. Im not using any external players. I do have vlc and power dvd 13 installed.
