Box sets created but no art work

Hi,

Auto box sets has created the required box sets, included a little metadata (including tmdb numbers) but mb3 server has not grabbed the art work to go with most of these box sets. I did a forced refresh of all movie metadata yesterday but now even less of the box sets contain images.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, sounds like the same thing. I will wait for the issue to be resolved.

I am seeing this as well. Server is at  3.0.5395.0. Not only does it not fetch the cover, backdrop or other images for the collection it seems to remove the artwork for the movie items themselves when I refresh the collection by telling it to download missing images only. It converts the cover of the movies into screenshots it seems.

Sounds like you are having trouble contacting the source providers but, without a log, I'm just guessing.
