small bug: missing gif

Hi folks,

while checking all menu options (during tracing the log), i found the following:

I could repeat the error with the clicks: "Diagnostic Options" - "FFmpeg  Options".

It is a very minor bug, the menu (of FFmpg options) seems to display correct.

@Luke  - you have removed it - now it's broken  

loader2 is still needed in some cases, because the CSS animated loader restarts on each dynamic UI update while gif animations keep running continuously in those cases.
