Can not login/add server outside local network

Hi, 

I have a similar problem. Access to the server is running locally. When I try to log in from the outside there is an error. Ports are open. Serwer QNAP TS-253Be.

OK so it's a basic connection error. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection Troubleshooter:

This is not that problem, system is on QNAP serwer is not runnig on Windows, so there is no firewall. Ports are open on router. Serwer is on QNAP TS-253Be.

No matter what the server is running on, you can still step through our Connection Troubleshooter.  Please try the steps listed there and let us know which ones succeed and which ones do not. Thanks.

The server log is not going to be helpful if it's a connection failure because that means the device isn't even reaching your Emby Server. We need to try and figure out what is standing in the way and preventing that.

Update of problem. I installed QNAP on one network where another emby serwer is running on Windows. The Emby on Windows is working perfect inside and outside of network. Emby on QNAP is available only in local network. The ports are open.
