Is there a way to link to a particular timestamp in a movie?

Hi,

I'm looking into making a plugin/addon to Emby that I think will be kinda cool, but I need a way to start a movie at a specific time. Would be awesome if it's possible to stop also after a given time, but that is not all that important at first.

Is there any get or post I can do to start a particular move (item id) at a particluar timestamp?
I tried just adding StartTimeTicks to the url fragment, but that was a bit too simple.

Hi, in theory you could use remote control api's to start playing something at a specific time, and then again use remote control api's to stop.
