Trouble after moving to New Server

I have moved Emby to a new server following the instruction from the Configuration Backup article (using the plugin AND the manual way).  The new server is Windows 11.  All content drive letters and install paths are exactly the same as the old server.  I have 3 different issues:

1 - MAJOR issue - I can't get the server/port to be accessible from outside the home network. I have been through hall of the troubleshooting listed in the Remote Access article and setup the IP address and ports to be open in the router.  I have turned off all firewalls and malware detection.  I don't know what else to try.

2 - Minor issue 1 - I have removed the HomeRun HD / Live TV library until I can revisit that problem when I move to a new house in a few weeks.  I have removed them from the Display settings also.  Yet Live TV STILL shows up as a library on the Home screen.

3 - Minor issue 2 - NONE of my collection custom images are showing anymore ... even a couple of the library custom images.   I recently spent HOURS setting all of that up and now they are completely gone.  Settings are setup so that images and .nfo files are saved in the source folder.

The attached PDF includes all of the print screens I thought of that may be relevant.  Please help, especially soon with the remote access ... my family will disown me if they can't access it for several days.

remote ports are all closed - I's suggest looking at your port forwarding and turning off any emby automatic port forwarding - it may be trying to use your old LAN ip.  You don't need it anyway if you are manually adding to your router.

If you can access emby locally - then it is listening on the correct IP and port.

After a reboot of the router and turning off the Emby port forwarding -- remote access is now working!!! THANKS!

Now -- is there any way I can get those custom images restored and get the Live TV off the home page?

There are per user Feature Access options for this in User setup.

For Collections did you copy /metadata/collections folder?  But may need to be specific on what custom images you are referring too.
