Emby not finding episodes

So I have Emby running on unraid, it finds all of my series and movies. Altough there are problems with 2 series, it wont find most of the episodes. The series in question are Blood & Treasure and The Essex Serpent, from the first it only detects the 6th episode of season 2 and for the other it only finds the 6th of season 1. Tried renaming the folders and moving them but no luck. Added folder structures and the logfile

What you mean? Scanning library? I tried that multiple times, same with refresh metadata.

Ah nope it only shows that same episode s02e06, nothing else

Just found out that there are also multiple movies that aren't found either...

 

Edit: was checking the metadata manager and all movies that don't show are there but they are just folders?

So I found the problem, was my mistake when making the libraires. I took the wrong mount path, used Disk 1 while I needed the User. So issue solved
