Caracteres estranhos nas legendas

Olá, bom dia a todos!

Estou enfrentando um problema com minha LG TV para ela não tem o aplicativo, então eu reproduzo pelo DLNA. Bom está tudo bem, menos as legendas. Em todas palavras acentuadas elas ficam com caracteres estranhos.

Exemplo: (anexo de imagem)

Tem alguma forma de contornar isso? 

Modelo da minha tv: tv lg 47lb5800-sb

Obs: Nas configurações de legendas não tem um menu completo, apenas algumas configurações basicas. Como posição de legenda, ou legenda coreana. E se colocar a legenda coreana apenas o caractere estranho muda o resto continua igual. 

(não consegui diminuir as imagens, desculpa)

@lucasbromer how is everything clear? Did you resolve the issue? The server log files will provide valuable information that I can use to help resolve the problem.

Luke , I already solved the problem. Thank you very much! I'm not being ironic. I was just doing it wrong.
