About Synology server "TV program" cannot be played after identifying

Hello, may I ask my media library "TV program" to recognize all episodes in the first season without recognizing tmdb, and it can be played, but after recognizing tmdb, it cannot be played, and it prompts "no playable items found", what is it?  The reason, thank you very much
