Artist T'Pau found on mbz, exists on lastfm but no image

This artist seems to cause MB3 a challenge

mbz id is detected ok, no image is downloaded although it seems to exist on manual websearch of last fm.

a manual refetch on this artist seems to make Mb3 ponder for 'a long time'.

possibly the apostrophe in artist is an issue?

the last fm lookup is done using mbz id, so maybe their id doesn't match up, or maybe they don't have an mbz Id, which happens.

looks like lastfm awareness of mbzid is incorrect.
