RaptorCentauri 59 Posted August 12, 2022 Posted August 12, 2022 Running v 4.7.6.0 on docker in Unraid I recently added Season 2 of the series Made For Love. Some odd behavior is happening. The episodes are searchable and playable. However on the series page only Season 1 is shown. Any thoughts on how to fix this so that both seasons are visible? Thanks.
ebr 16185 Posted August 12, 2022 Posted August 12, 2022 Hi. Please show us the exact layout of the files and folders.
RaptorCentauri 59 Posted August 12, 2022 Author Posted August 12, 2022 The layout is: /TV Shows/M/Made For Love (2021)/ then within the folder is the following
Luke 42080 Posted August 12, 2022 Posted August 12, 2022 Hi, that is strange indeed. Can you try refreshing the metadata at the series level and see if that helps? Thanks.
RaptorCentauri 59 Posted August 12, 2022 Author Posted August 12, 2022 A metadata refresh at the series level did not solve the issue. I also tried a complete reboot of the server (at the hardware level). This also did not help. All episodes are on the server and playable, just not showing up in there series for season 2
Luke 42080 Posted August 12, 2022 Posted August 12, 2022 OK. What you could try is moving the series folder out of your library entirely, running a scan of all libraries to flush out the database, and then adding it back.
RaptorCentauri 59 Posted August 12, 2022 Author Posted August 12, 2022 No luck with that. I even tried recreating the nfo files (using tiny media manager). The results are still the same.

RaptorCentauri 59 Posted August 12, 2022 Author Posted August 12, 2022 - I removed the series from the library and rescanned. Then put the series back and rescanned. - No Change - I removed the series, deleted all nfo files and rescanned/ recreated with tiny media manager then put back. - No Change For search. I am using the built-in. Clicking the magnifying glass on the UI, typing "Made for love" and then clicking the episodes tab on the results.
RaptorCentauri 59 Posted August 12, 2022 Author Posted August 12, 2022 I did scan for library files, refresh metadata (replace option) and replace metadata (search option) on both the library and series level.
Luke 42080 Posted August 12, 2022 Posted August 12, 2022 None of those are what I had said to do: Quote What you could try is moving the series folder out of your library entirely, running a scan of all libraries to flush out the database, and then adding it back.
RaptorCentauri 59 Posted August 13, 2022 Author Posted August 13, 2022 I missed the "all" before. I retried with that exact methodology and it did not solve the problem.
Happy2Play 9782 Posted August 13, 2022 Posted August 13, 2022 Since they appear in search, can you enter a season 2 episode and provide the metadata.
RaptorCentauri 59 Posted August 13, 2022 Author Posted August 13, 2022 I also downloaded logs after I correctly followed Lukes instructions. Would those be helpful? Debug logs was NOT enabled.
Happy2Play 9782 Posted August 13, 2022 Posted August 13, 2022 @RaptorCentauri Nothing stands out in the metadata, but yes logs may help.
Happy2Play 9782 Posted August 13, 2022 Posted August 13, 2022 There is something going on here with permissions. RaptorCentauri 59 Posted August 13, 2022 Author Posted August 13, 2022 I upgraded to the beta server 6.8 and the issue has been resolved.
Luke 42080 Posted August 13, 2022 Posted August 13, 2022 Well that's strange, but thanks for the feedback.
