Unhandled Exception: A task was canceled.

When I try to start MBT after installation I am getting a Unhandled exception: A task was canceled error.  Followed by a MediaBrowser.UI has stopped working error. 

 

This is on a Microsoft Surface Pro 2 running Windows 8.1 Pro

Core i5-4300U 2.5GHz processor

4gb memory

Intel HD Integrated Graphics 1792 MB memory

Display Mode 1920 X 1080 (32bit) (60Hz)

Try re-installing it from the website. Make sure the server is up to date.
