Latest version not picking up new files..

Hi all, as the title says, I have recently had to reinstall my whole server setup.

Ever since the reinstall I'm not getting any new files picked up by the "monitor in real time" setting and job. 

The only way i can get new files to show is a full manual scan which takes close to if not over an hour.

The files are running from GDRIVE via a standard RCLONE mount, same as the previous install that was working just fine.

No MergerFS system is being used, I did set one up to see if it fixed the issue, which it did not so I removed and went back to a direct mount point.

I'm running Ubuntu with Emby Server Version 4.7.6.0 which i believe is the latest. My previous install I hadn't updated in quite a while so was running an old server version and was picking up new files just fine.

Is this a noted issue at all on the latest version ??

I'll attach my log below incase there is anything in there too help.

Ive also tried updating to the latest beta version after seeing the release notes but as of now, the problem still persists.
