Black Screen Playing Most Files

I am trying out Emby and have bought Premiere.   When I play most video files, the screen is black, no audio, and the timer stays at 0:00.  My server runs from a Synology DS220+ and I use the Emby app on my Xbox Series X.  Is there anything I may of missed in setup that can get these files to play?

Playback of Prey, initially it started as the timer began and I could hear sound,  but had a black screen.   Then I stopped it, started it again and this time no timer or audio, just a black screen.

Interestingly I'm experiencing the same issues on an Xbox Series X although my server side is Windows.
