Audio Level is way too low

Is there a way to fix this?    Just when playing movies on my Samsung TV.

Michael,

Is the middle channel of you TV turned off?  I think it's possible to set the TV to handle only Right and Left channels which then assumes you have a center channel speaker plugged in.  If you don't have the center channel speaker or if it's turned off or volume low, then all the media will seem to have low volume.  Just a guess.
